How does it work?
You upload a photo with your order, we sketch the outline by hand, then it’s embroidered onto the item you bought. Ok it's a bit more complicated than that IRL... but you get the gist.
What sort of images can I upload?
Pretty much anything... people. Logos. Cars. Bikes. Pets (we love the pet ones). We especially love the spicy ones 👀
We’re all about the details so upload a high-quality, close-up photo where everyone’s faces are clear. Think good lighting, sharp focus, and no blurry group selfies (we love a vibe, but we can’t stitch one).
Essentially: the better the photo, the better the stitch.
How long does it take?
We stitch to order, not to stock. Please allow 5–7 working days for production, plus a couple more for shipping.
Can I return something?
Since everything’s custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless something arrives with you damaged. In the unlikely event you receive your order wrong, we’ll always endeavour to make it right.
How can i track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your item is on the move. Click on the link in that email or pop your tracking number in the box below to check the delivery status.
