Returns

If for any reason you decide to return your order, please email us at support@wolfrae.com within 14 days of delivery. Providing the item is unused and in it's original packaging, you will receive a full refund with no return shipping costs or additional expenses on your part. We take great pride in creating products that are truly accurate to the images, videos, and descriptions we provide so that you can have complete confidence in your purchases.

 

Replacements

In the unlikely event a product arrives with you damaged or defective, our team is on hand to assist. Simply email us at support@wolfrae.com within 14 days of delivery, providing a high-quality image or video displaying the issue. We will seek to resolve the situation for you ASAP.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate event of lost or stolen packages, we offer two options. We can either issue a refund for the missing item(s), or ship out a replacement free of charge.

 

Cancellations
